We do not currently use guest information for newsletters or promotional email campaigns.

We share personal information only where necessary with authorized team members, booking platforms, payment providers and service providers involved in managing your reservation.
This may include Cloudbeds, Booking.com and other booking or communication services used by our resort.
Where required by law, we also provide relevant information to Thai government authorities.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
Access to guest information is limited to authorized team members who need it for their work.
Personal information is retained according to applicable legal requirements and the time reasonably necessary for reservation management, accounting, security and related purposes.
Where our service providers process information outside Thailand, we take account of applicable legal requirements for international data transfers.
5. Security Cameras
CCTV cameras operate in our reception and arrival areas for safety and security purposes.
Recordings are accessed only by authorized persons and are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our security needs.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, request data portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable Thai data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
